The ULTRA fabric used in this product is a lightweight and durable functional material. However, due to the nature of the film finish, the backing film may peel off (lift) in areas where the fabric is squeezed forcefully by hand or subjected to repeated wrinkling (stress).

As this is a phenomenon caused by the inherent properties of the material, please use the product with caution, avoiding excessive wrinkling or strong friction, to keep the product clean for a long time.

Applying excessive force to the zipper may cause it to malfunction.
If repair is possible due to the product's structure, free repairs are provided without time limit.
However, zipper breakage or damage caused by user negligence will be subject to paid repair, and costs will be determined after consultation.

Cleaning Tip

Do Not Machine Wash: This backpack is not machine washable. Using a washing machine or dryer may cause severe deformation of the product.
Spot Cleaning Only: If the bag gets stained or soiled, gently wipe only the affected area using a soft cloth dampened with water or a mild/neutral detergent.
Storage Advice: High temperature and humidity can cause material deformation. It is recommended to store ventilated, shady area using the included dust bag.

Usage Cautions:

• Applying excessive force to the plastic or metal hooks/buckles may cause them to break.

• Be careful not to let the straps or zippers get caught or tangled in external objects.

• Avoid long-term exposure to direct sunlight and do not place near fire or heat sources.
